Tennessee Task Force One is made up of various emergency response personnel from area fire departments, emergency management personnel, other emergency response professionals and volunteer members from the community.

Tennessee Task Force One is sponsored by the Memphis/Shelby County emergency management Agency. The Task Force operations are coordinated through the Memphis Fire Department.

Other area Fire Departments support the Task Force as Participating Agencies, including Germantown Fire Department, Shelby County Fire Department, Bartlett Fire Department, Collierville Fire Department and Millington Fire Department.
